Privacy Policy for NeuralCanvas

Effective date: May 25, 2026

NeuralCanvas (“the app”, “we”) is an AI image generation app published by proApps. This policy explains what data we and our service providers handle when you use the app.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account. The app itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to us directly.

The app generates images from text prompts you enter. Those prompts, along with basic generation parameters (style, aspect ratio), are sent over the internet to a third-party image generation service to render the result. Generated images are stored only on your device.

Third-party services

NeuralCanvas relies on the following third-party services. Each handles data according to its own privacy policy.

Pollinations.ai (image generation)

When you tap Generate, your text prompt and generation parameters are transmitted to Pollinations.ai over HTTPS. Pollinations.ai is keyless and does not require an account. See their privacy practices at https://pollinations.ai.

Google AdMob (advertising)

The app displays banner, interstitial, and app-open ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), approximate location based on IP address, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. See:

You can reset or limit ad personalization from your device’s Settings > Privacy > Ads.

Google speech recognition (optional voice input)

If you tap the microphone icon on the Create screen, the app launches your device’s built-in speech recognition (typically provided by Google). Your voice is processed by that system per Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. NeuralCanvas itself never records or stores audio.

Information stored on your device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

You can clear this data anytime from Settings > Storage > Clear cache, or by uninstalling the app.

If you tap the Download button on a result, the image is copied into your phone’s gallery (Pictures/NeuralCanvas). Those files remain on your phone after the app is uninstalled — you can delete them manually.

Permissions

Children’s privacy

NeuralCanvas is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through this app, contact us at the address below and we will assist where we can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
