# Privacy Policy for ColorJoy

ColorJoy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a coloring app for children developed by proApps. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using ColorJoy you agree to this policy.

We designed ColorJoy with families in mind and comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.

## Information we collect

Information you provide: None. ColorJoy does not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or any account login.

Information collected automatically: ColorJoy itself does not collect or store any personal information on our servers. All drawings you color are saved only on your device.

Information collected by Google AdMob: ColorJoy displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect a limited set of information for the sole purpose of serving ads:

• Your device’s advertising identifier (a resettable ID, not your name)
• General device information (model, OS version, language, country)
• App version and approximate region (derived from IP address)

Because ColorJoy is directed to a mixed audience that includes children, we configure AdMob to serve only non-personalized, child-directed (G-rated) ads. AdMob does not use information from ColorJoy to build advertising profiles or to target ads based on user interests.

## Children’s privacy

ColorJoy is appropriate for children. In accordance with COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy:

• We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
• Ads shown to all users are non-personalized and rated for general audiences.
• No analytics, social, or third-party SDKs other than Google AdMob (configured for children) are integrated.
• We do not allow in-app purchases.
• We do not include links to social media or external websites within the coloring experience.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] and we will delete it.

## Permissions used

ColorJoy requests the following Android permission:

• Internet — required only to load advertisements from Google AdMob.

ColorJoy does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files.

## Data retention and deletion

Because ColorJoy does not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our servers. Drawings created in the app stay on your device until you delete them. To remove all app data, uninstall the app or clear the app’s storage from your device’s Settings.

For data handled by AdMob, you can reset your device’s advertising identifier at any time in your device’s Settings → Privacy → Ads.

## Third-party services

The only third-party service integrated into ColorJoy is Google AdMob. Their privacy practices are described above and at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of ColorJoy after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
